Ahh. Don't feel bad, dude. People are just shitty. I'm sure that art community you joined isn't officially endorsed by Newgrounds itself. Those people are just no good for you.
Don't feel discouraged about showing your stuff here, there's always someone better out there. And a better community to follow. I'm positive the art forums here is much more welcoming then discord servers, honestly.
I remember back in the day when I just signing up to random communities right and left I found this one that had an Easter Egg art contest, so I threw together one I felt pretty good about, it was a demonic egg lying in a pool of blood, not sure about the design but it just felt like something that might really stand out; befitting my persona... was pretty shocked when my account was straight up deleted soon as I'd submitted my piece. Found out after that the community I signed up for was a strictly Christian one, so that probably didn't fly so well. :P There was this one time where I accidentally jumped in on all black community too, even accidentally sent out invites to my whole contact list during the sign-up process, that didn't work so well either...
Anyway all this just to say: don't give up something you enjoy just because of some particular group man! It feels like if you're a creative individual then art's not just something you 'quit'. Maybe you find new forms of expression but it's just a part of being, and how would you make games either without visuals? O_O Never mind that group. Some just aren't meant to be. Conflicts suck but there's always bound to be some anyway... at least there's NG right?

I joined this wonderful art community, and got banned for having a different opinion then the owner of the discord server, and now all the mods seem to fucking hate me. I don't even wanna look at fucking art again honestly, I feel like fucking shit.
